🚚 Delivery & Packaging

Orders up to 31.5 kg are shipped as a single package.

For orders exceeding 31.5 kg, your delivery will be split into multiple parcels to ensure safe handling.

All shipments are securely packed and clearly marked as fragile, to protect your handcrafted items in transit.
🔐 Insurance & Liability

Each shipment includes liability coverage up to €500 for loss or damage during transport.

Should anything happen to your package, we’ll assist you promptly in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
⏱️ Dispatch & Delivery Times

Germany: Orders are usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days.

European Union: Orders are dispatched immediately after preparation. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking details will be provided once your package leaves our warehouse.
💡 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and delivery location. All shipping costs include applicable VAT.
🌍 International Shipping (EU)
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. If your country is eligible, shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
